Jerrold S. Parker is the Managing Partner at Parker Waichman LLP. Jerry has been a practicing attorney for more than 20 years, and is a nationally known expert on personal injury law and mass torts. He has been a key player in personal injury cases involving the World Trade Center Bombing, as well as the drugs Fen-Phen, Rezulin, Zyprexa and Ortho Evra. In addition, Jerry has authored articles for legal journals, and is frequently called upon to speak at legal conferences about important issues in personal injury law. Jerry graduated from Queens College of the City University of New York in 1975, and received his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law in 1983.
Herbert L. Waichman is a founding partner of Parker Waichman LLP, and has more than 20 years experience litigating personal injury cases. He is an expert in mass torts, and like Jerry Parker, has played a key role in many landmark cases, including those involving Fen-Phen, Rezulin, Zyprexa, Ortho Evra and the World Trade Center Bombing. A former Lieutenant with the New York City Police Department, Herbert is a 1979 graduate of the John Jay College of Criminal Justice, and graduated magna cum laude from St. John’s University School of Law in 1983.
Fred R. Rosenthal received his B.A. from State University of New York at Binghamton in 1971, and is a 1974 graduate of Brooklyn Law School.
